What actually fuels you
Plain-English education on macros, micros, hydration, and gut health, the foundation under every peptide, hormone, and GLP-1 protocol.
Fat loss, hormones, metabolism, energy, sleep, and mood all trace back to the same handful of nutrients doing (or not doing) their job. This page walks through macronutrients, micronutrients, hydration, and gut health so you understand what's happening in your body.
Educational only, not medical advice, not a prescription. Nutrition targets vary by individual.
Macronutrients
Macros are the nutrients your body needs in large amounts, measured in grams, not milligrams. They're the calories on the label. Tap "Show more" on any card for targets + food sources.

Protein
What it does · Broken down into amino acids that rebuild muscle, skin, hair, enzymes, hormones, and immune cells. It's also the most satiating macro, protein blunts hunger and stabilizes energy.

Carbohydrates
What it does · Break down into glucose, the preferred fuel for your brain, muscles, and thyroid. Fiber (a carb) also feeds your gut microbiome and moves things through your GI tract.

Fat
What it does · Provides essential fatty acids (omega-3, omega-6), transports fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K), and is the literal building block for estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone.
Micronutrients
Micros are the vitamins and minerals your body needs in small amounts, but without them, nothing else works. Tap any tile to dig into what it actually does.
Hydration

Every cell runs on water
Every cell reaction, every hormone signal, and every digestive process runs on water. Even 2% dehydration measurably drops strength, focus, and mood. On a GLP-1, hydration is non-negotiable, the medication slows gastric emptying and blunts your thirst cue, so you have to schedule it.
Hydra+ by Rehab® Supps Lab
If you're drinking electrolytes, drink the ones we actually formulated. Hydra+ is a zero-sugar, clinically-dosed hydration stack built for hard training, low-carb diets, GLP-1 users, and anyone tired of overpriced sugar water.

Gut Health
More than digestion
About 90% of your serotonin is made in the gut. Chronic bloating, brain fog, and mood swings are often a gut issue before they're a brain issue. BPC-157 is one peptide our providers use here.

Feed the good bugs
Soluble + insoluble fiber feed a diverse microbiome, produce short-chain fatty acids that lower inflammation, and keep digestion regular. Target 25 to 35 g/day from vegetables, fruit, legumes, and whole grains.
Living bacteria
Yogurt, kefir, sauerkraut, kimchi, and miso deliver live cultures that support microbiome diversity, which shows up as better mood, immunity, and even skin.
Nutrition first, everything else after
Peptides, hormones, and GLP-1s all work faster and better when your nutrition foundation is solid. If protein is low, sleep is broken, and hydration is nonexistent, no protocol will save you.
Get the basics right first. Then layer in optimization tools on top of a body that can actually use them.
